Cancellations: You can notify us by email us at support@drberg.uk before we have dispatched the goods to you and receive a full refund including postage, provided the package has not left our warehouse.

Damaged or Defective Products: If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately at support@drberg.uk with photos and description of the damage or defect. Please, also provide photos of the damaged packaging. We will send instructions on how to return the damaged products and provide you with a return label. Then we will either replace the product at no additional cost to you or issue a full refund, including shipping fees.

Returns: We accept returns of unused, unopened products with original seal intact. You have 14 calendar days to return the products from the date you received it. If you need to return a product, please contact us first at support@drberg.uk quoting your invoice number and explaining reasons for return to obtain return instructions. Products must be returned in their original packaging and in re-sellable condition. Your products need to have the receipt or proof of purchase such as invoice you received electronically or with your order. Once we receive your return, we will inspect the products and process your refund within 7- 14 business days. Sale items will be refunded at the sale rate. Please, note that shipping fees are not refundable, and you will be responsible for the cost of return shipping. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase.
