Why don’t you sell all Dr. Berg products on your site?

As an authorised UK reseller, we carefully select products that comply with UK and EU regulations, including restrictions on ingredients, dosages, and labelling requirements. Some products available in the US are not currently approved for sale in the UK due to:

• Customs and import restrictions, especially on animal-derived or controlled ingredients

• Compliance with UK food supplement laws and dosage limits

• Packaging and labelling standards mandated by UK authorities

We understand it’s frustrating not to find every product from the US site. Please be assured that both Britannia Tiger Health Ltd (Dr Berg UK) and Dr Berg Nutritionals are working diligently to bring more products into the UK market. What should I do if my parcel hasn’t arrived?

If your parcel hasn’t arrived within 5 days of dispatch, please first check the tracking information provided in your dispatch confirmation email (if applicable).

We recommend you also check with your neighbours and contact your local delivery office, as parcels are sometimes left with them for safekeeping.

Please note that customers are responsible for tracking their orders and ensuring that delivery details are correct at the time of purchase.

If tracking shows your parcel as delivered but you have not received it, please contact us immediately at support@drberg.uk. We will initiate an investigation with Royal Mail to locate your parcel and advise you on the next steps.

Delivery times can sometimes be delayed due to factors beyond our control, including postal service disruptions or delivery to a safe place.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! We offer free standard shipping on all UK orders over £150. For orders below this amount, standard shipping fees apply and will be calculated at checkout.

What is your returns policy?

We accept returns of unused and unopened products within 14 calendar days of receipt. Please contact us first at support@drberg.uk to request return instructions. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is damaged or faulty.

What if I have an adverse reaction to a product?

As a reseller, we cannot provide medical advice. If you experience an adverse reaction, please consult your GP or healthcare provider immediately. Drberg.com (the US site) is operated directly by the manufacturer and offers a 30-day money-back guarantee as part of their customer service policy.

As an authorised reseller operating in the UK, Dr Berg UK (Britannia Tiger Health Ltd) must comply with local laws and regulations, including those related to product safety, hygiene, and returns for consumable goods.

Due to these regulations and the nature of dietary supplements, we can only accept returns of unused, unopened products with intact seals within 14 calendar days of receipt, as outlined in our returns policy.

What if my order is damaged?

Why was my order cancelled?

Why is the Dr. Berg D3 & K2 (2000 IU) different from the one sold in the US?

The D3 & K2 2000 IU supplement sold on drberg.uk is formulated specifically for the UK and EU markets, in line with local dosage regulations. UK guidelines place limits on the allowable daily dose of certain vitamins, including Vitamin D, in food supplements. As a result, the UK version has a different strength and label design compared to the American version.

Why does the Gallbladder Formula differ from the version sold in the US?
