Dr. Berg Electrolyte Capsules offer a simple, unflavoured alternative to electrolyte powders and drinks.

The formula combines potassium, chloride, sodium, magnesium and calcium with a proprietary trace-mineral complex. Sodium and part of the chloride are provided by pink Himalayan salt.

Potassium contributes to normal muscle function, normal functioning of the nervous system and the maintenance of normal blood pressure.
