Each standard stick provides 1,000 mg of potassium, 120 mg of magnesium, 75 mg of calcium, 60 mg of chloride, 40 mg of sodium and 100 mg of trace minerals.
The sugar-free powders are sweetened with stevia and are easy to mix with water at the gym, at work, while travelling or during warm weather.
