This powdered food supplement combines magnesium glycinate with vitamin D3, active vitamin B6 and zinc picolinate.
Each 5 g serving provides 325 mg of magnesium, 25 μg of vitamin D3, 1.7 mg of vitamin B6 and 10 mg of zinc.
Magnesium contributes to normal muscle function, normal functioning of the nervous system, normal psychological function and the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.
